Shipping policy

All UPS pieces can be expected to be shipped out of the gallery within two weeks of purchase date, and will arrive via UPS Ground in an average of 3-5 business days. A signature is required upon delivery unless explicitly told otherwise by the recipient.

All freight pieces can be expected to arrive on average within 3-4 months of the original purchase date via our partners at FreightClub. The logistics company (Pilot Freight, Metropolitan Warehouse, CEVA) will reach out to the recipient once they have reached the regional hub, and coordinate directly with the client on a delivery date and window.
